I am me, an individual, and not part of any other company, data collected by this site is used only for:

  • customer service; facilitation of product dispatch; details of order and provision of sales reports

You have the right to see what is held about you and correct any inaccuracies. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In order that a service may be carried out i.e. dispatch goods to you, or reply to your enquiry the following information may be collected from you via these forms on this site:

Contact from: Name, email address and message
Modeling form: Name, email address, mobile number, message
Order form: First and last name, company name, country, street address, postcode/zip, town/city, phone number, email address (billing and delivery address)
Comments form: Name, email address, comment

Your details will be retained for a period of 14 months (to pre-populate forms and facilitate speedy repeat orders) after which they will be deleted. You may, however, request that your details be deleted at any time, contact info@roberto-segate.co.uk with your request. Deletion will be implemented within 24-48 hours.

If you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your visitor IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection to avoid junk/spam messages from appearing on the site.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Who we share your data with

This site uses Google Analytics as detailed above, data collected is shared with Google in order to help inform us on ways to improve our site navigation and page presentation. It also helps us ensure that we’re using optimised site text and keywords for better chance of being found in Google’s search results.  NOTE: Google only receives data about a visitors navigation through the site, duration on site and keywords used to find our site. It’s important to understand that Google does not receive, nor have access to you personal details. We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We do not sell any of your information nor do we use your information for any type of marketing.

WooCommerce shopping cart

We use WooCommerce shopping cart facilities on this site in order to process and dispatch customer orders. The Order form on this site collects the following information: Customer first and last name, a company name if applicable, country, street address, postode/zip code, town/city, phone number and email address. This information is used for dispatch and communication purposes i.e. sending confirmation emails to you that your order has been received. The information is kept for 14 months after which it is deleted. A request for this data to be deleted can be sent to info@roberto-segate.co.uk which will be actioned within 24-48 hours.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Is my information kept secure?

  • Roberto-segate.co.uk uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on web pages where personal information is collected. This protects the confidential information provided by you when using internet transmission. (Your web browser will display a padlock icon and/or a ‘verified by’ notice.)
  • Financial information, including credit card and debit card details are never taken or seen by me. Paypal deals with this information on its pages on its secure server.
  • Invoice information is stored for a period of 7 years as required by English Law
  • Only I have access to your information and it is never sold to third parties nor used for marketing purposes.

Data Erasure Policy

Should you wish to erase your account you can use the ‘Delete Your Account’ link in your account dashboard. Once clicked all your account details will be removed from this site. You can also email us directly to request data deletion, send an email to info@roberto-segate.co.uk and your deletion request will be actioned within 24-48 hours.
